Authentic leaders adopt a more supportive, servant leadership style, where they are serving instead of commanding, showing humility instead of brandishing authority, and always looking to enhance the development of their team members in ways that unleash potential and creativity

It really starts with your mindset.
How do you see yourself as a leader? Do you see yourself as somebody who supports the team?
Everybody will say that they
do but really do you really have the strength
and the courage to sit in a room with your team and let them handle the meeting and you speak.
Last, do you have the courage to do that?
Authentic leaders have the courage to do that?
And it's not always easy.
And one of the downsides of supportive coaching leadership is the amount of time that it takes,
you have to be completely vested in your people and spend quality time with them one-on-one,
and it does take a lot of time. But that's the joy,
the Wonder, and beauty of great leadership.
