Authentic leaders don’t get distracted with day-to-day issues and minor
setbacks, instead choosing to keep looking forward and upward. They
are focused on the long-term result and they keep the team moving in
the right direction. They never see themselves or the team as victims of
a given situation, instead choosing to see problems as a learning
opportunity.
