Mindset starts with how you start your day. So when you go to bed at night, what do you say? You say, "Okay, I'm gonna set my alarm "for whatever, 5:30," right? And then what happens? You get up in the morning, and you hit the snooze. I read some, can you go back, thank you, I read some data that says 57% of us hit the snooze. Now think about this. This is a personal accountability question, and this goes right to personal branding. If you say to yourself, "I am gonna get up "at 5:30 in the morning," and then you hit the snooze, and you give yourself an excuse, you're giving yourself an excuse; is that any way to start the day? I think not, I know that sounds harsh, but I will tell you that it goes to setting the right mindset and setting you up for success for the day. I am not gonna stand here and tell you that I don't hit the snooze, that I'm perfect, and I get up at 5:30 every morning, of course not, I'm human. But I will tell you this: when I make a commitment to myself that I'm gonna get up at a certain time in the morning, and I do it without hitting the snooze, I have a much better and more productive day.
