Research has regularly demonstrated that when people feel more empowered at work.
They have a greater sense of job satisfaction.
They are more energized.
They tend to be more creative, productivity improves
and there's a more committed sense to the organization.
We all like to have that feeling of autonomy that we're trusted
that we're able to do the work that we know that we're capable of
and even be pushed a little further Beyond those boundaries.
