I believe that small details matter. Here's an example from the workshop kickoff yesterday in Mexico (my practice video). Despite not speaking Spanish fluently, I opened it in Spanish. I'm sure the accent and pronunciation are horrible but that's ok. It's essential to recognize and appreciate the culture of the country you're in.
The gesture matters more than perfection! 🤝❤️
