What exactly is transparency?
Transparency is simply this.
It's when the image you project in public,
is congruent with the image, you project in private
so that you really are comfortable in your own skin.
You know who you are. You operate in line with your values
that allows you to be transparent.
In the workplace, people want their leaders to be forthright
about the company, the team, and the business.
Where are we going?
What's happening?
What's going on?
Good news and bad when we try to sugarcoat things or try to mislead people,
it never ever works.
