What is cognitive diversity?
It's diversity of thought.
And strong leaders know how to, first of all, hire a diverse team
but also to recognize the significance of diversity, of thought
he ever been in a meeting.
And there's always a group of people.
A core group of people that seem to be having the conversation
and going back and forth.
And then there's maybe three or four people that aren't engaged.
They don't feel either safe or strong enough to put their voice forward.
And They don't feel like their opinion matters.
I've seen that a lot.
A strong authentic leader will not allow that to happen.
A strong leader makes sure that every voice is heard on the team.
