“Celebrate what you’ve accomplished, but raise the bar a little
higher each time you succeed.” – Mia Hamm
TRANSCRIPT:
Celebrating success
Are you intentional about celebrating success,
whether it's in your personal life or in your professional life?
And as a leader of your own life or in the professional world,
it's incumbent upon you to help others recognize and celebrate success.
Great leaders are very intentional about setting up incremental steps of improvement
and Milestones and celebrating those milestones
and also celebrating the behaviors that you want were often too quick to judge.
And we love to say, somebody didn't do something or isn't doing something right?
No, no, no. Authentic leaders don't do that.
Authentic leaders look for opportunities to give credit.
And, they may give credit within their team, outside their team,
but that's something that they're known for,
they know how to celebrate success and that builds the team and binds the team together.
