Here we go. Book number one, Trust and Inspire by Stephen M.R. Covey.
This book talks about why Command and Control leadership is dead
and buried. And, if you're a holdout and you think that you're still holding onto it, this book will change your mind.
Why do we need to employ a more authentic leadership model,
or as Stephen puts it, a Trust and Inspire model.
What I love about this book is, that there's an appendix at the back.
And, he lists very simply the traits of command and control versus trust and inspire.
